After the Security Check you will enter the Passengers Lounge that leads you to your respective gates which only departing passengers of the airport are allowed. Also an important reminder to you traveler, if you are having an international flight, PLEASE, arrive at the airport 4 hours before you fly to avoid any delays, problems and rushing yourselves to the gate or if its worse, you will be left by the aircraft behind.

Piece of ADVICE:

It is best to travel with a light carry-on bag to avoid any hassles on checking luggage in. Also 24 hours or less than 24 hours, check-in yourselves online and if possible print you’re boarding passes, this can help you save time on queuing longer than usual in the check-inn counter.

Pack LIGHT and enjoy the journey. Have a safe trip Guys!

  1. Nice to find a fellow photographer who is fascinated by life…wherever we find it…even at airports. I too took a slew of photos when we were at Amsterdam’s airport several months ago. Fascinating to watch people of all races going about their business…unaware that they’re being watched…through the lens of a camera.

    …very nice shots…and great information… :)

  2. Ever since I loved photography its just that I got no time to study photography. LOL. Yes, nice to take stolen shots in a place where people are just doing their own things not thinking they’re being captured and soon be featured online. I just took pictures to remember my last day in England and I was thinking to share my experiences with some tips and advices that may help in future about airports and travelling.

Tnx very much! Hope you enjoyed!

  3. And what’s cuter than a British accent? A cute little British child!!! Just love listening to those little rascals :)

  4. Oh, how I would love to see London. This is a great service to travelers. Thanks for liking my recent Christmas countdown post.

  5. London would love to welcome you! I liked ur xmas countdown post because we are also waiting for my sisters baby boy to explode and come out of her tummy! LOL. Excited we are. Anyways, thanx very much for visiting. :)

  6. One of my dreams is to travel in London. Last year I was given a chance to travel St. Petersburg and Finland but Philippine immigration didnt get me through. I was sad but still looking forward for my next travel….the same destination but I hope more will be added. I miss that person who treated me like king but I just don’t know what makes that person silent nowadays!

  7. Wow ganda! Puedeng bang sa pinas nalang yang airport na yan?? We have the worst airport! Mas maganda pa airport ng small airlines like Cebu pacific coz they already have their own, So disappointing to use NAIA… ;( hope to visit this London airport soon! One of the places I need to see soon! ;)

  8. I cant remember paying a terminal fee in LHR4. Dont know if its already included in my payment but as far as I know I didnt pay any extra fees. Yes, kakalungkot talaga. Tnx for the visit!

  9. this was the first thing that i noticed when i went to norway, ang ganda ng mga airport sa ibang bansa so kahit matagal ang stop over ok lang. how i wish ganyan din dito sa manila. =)

  10. i haven’t been to london so i haven’t seen heathrow but i’ve been to hongkong and the airport is huge but i managed to find my way around. so i guess i’ll be able to navigate my way around heathrow anytime. HK airport is heathrow and jfk combined in terms of “bigness” …;)

  11. Ok first, what are those on the ceiling of the first 2 and last 2 pictures? They look like lamps suspended from the ceiling?

And thanks for the tips! I agree about the 4-hours-earlier arrival. I think you can never arrive too early at the airport for an international flight!

  12. Ahhh.. this terminal looks so good! How I wish our airport terminal in the Philippines look good as amazing as this.. :( And how I wish I’ll be able to step foot in London Heathrow Terminal 4.

  13. They are not lamps or lights, they are just circular designs similar as what T5 got. When I saw them I asked my bf why do they got big dish in the ceiling. hahahahahaha.

Welcome! If LHR4 is the airport then I wont mind arriving the airport very early cos they got loads of shops inside. I can kill my time there. hahahahahaa. Tnx for dropping by. :)
